All applicants must adhere to the following criteria to be considered for a pre-application meeting:

• Not currently employed in the mortgage industry
• A graduate of an accredited four-year college or a candidate for a degree from such an institution within 12 months
• Someone that is interested in a career with a top real estate financial services company

Successful candidates will be provided a username and password to enroll in as many courses as they choose. However, students must pass the required courses from a suggested learning path to be considered for an interview by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. These courses must have a concentration in Loan Administration.
